In some ways it still feels like a computer, but in many ways it represents a camera that Sony is taking more seriously than anything else they’ve made. But something about the Sony a1 reminds me of an old Minolta SLR. For years, Sony cameras have felt more and more like computers. Both feel very good and that’s surprising coming from me.
